Shipping Policy
The customer pays for all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise noted. Even though our site features real-time shipping estimates for UPS Ground shipping costs, your order may be shipped via UPS Ground, Fedex, freight, or a combination of them all. Depending on what you purchase, your order may come all together or in separate shipments.

Real-Time shipping information and limitations
The shipping cost quoted using the real-time shipping option is only for items that will ship via UPS ground and/or Fedex, and not freight shipped items. In addition, due to limitations of product variants and weights, the real-time shipping option is not 100% accurate for ALL products we carry.Therefore, we may need to change your final shipping costs to ensure that they are accurate for all products you ordered. If any changes need to be made to your shipping costs, we will contact you before we charge your card.

What shipping methods do you use?
It depends on what items you order. Also, even though our site features real-time shipping estimates for UPS Ground shipping costs, your order may be shipped via UPS Ground, Fedex, Airborne, freight, or a combination of them all. Please contact us if you need specific information about how a particular item will ship.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
It will vary on the total weight of the items you ordered, the location they are shipped to, and if you have freight items. If you contact us with:
•1. The items you would like to purchase
•2. The shipping zip code
•3. If the items will be going to a commercial or residential location.

How will I know when the item will arrive?
You can call us and we will let you know the estimated date of shipment and the approximate delivery time. We update each order every step of the way so you can always logon to your account and find the latest status of your order. We also request the freight company call you to set up a time that they can deliver, but sometimes they may not call. We do not and cannot guarantee that they will call, and we are not responsible for any re-delivery charge that you may incur if you are not available to be there for the delivery date and time. By placing an order you assume responsibility for receiving the freight shipment on the date and time of the freight delivery.

IMPORTANT: What to do when your order arrives.
Delivery/Shipping Instructions: When the items are delivered it is the customers responsibility to inspect all cartons and items to make sure that there is no visible damage or missing packages. If there is damage or missing packages, make sure to note it on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. Make sure to retain a copy for your records. If items are damaged or missing contact us immediately at 866-955-9028 so that we can arrange for replacements to be sent out.
